This is a time based on site service that is priced at $65.00 which includes the first 40 minutes of our technicians time with each consecutive 10 minute block of time priced at $15. Most issues can be solved within 1 hour however should your particular issue require more time, we will let you know in advance to avoid any surprises!

- This is a common Windows Vista (and to a lesser degree Windows 7) issue relating to corrupt Windows updates or corrupt Windows files in some cases. This is something we can certainly help you with.
- My wireless adaptor in my notebook has stopped being recognized is this repairable?
- Yes in most cases, there are a number of reasons why this may be happening ranging from a software issue to the actual wireless card being at fault. However a closer look at your notebook will be required to pin point the actual problem.
