Our Services

We keep our pricing structure simple and easy to understand with many fixed price services offered to avoid any nasty surprises. If your particular computer issue requires on-site attention and cannot be solved with one of our popular fixed price services then a time based pricing structure is used.

Our time based pricing for on-site computer repairs works like this...

We charge a minimum fee of $65 which includes the first 40 minutes labor with each 10 minute block of time that follows being charged at $15. Part's are additional. We promise to keep you informed if we feel your particular repair will require more than 1 hour to complete so there are NO surprises!

Emergency! After Hours Assistance.

We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your most urgent issues however all after hours service requests will attract a 20% surcharge (surcharge is not applied to parts or software). This includes after hours phone assistance and requests for our after hours remote assistance.

Our business hours are currently:

Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 7.30pm and Saturday from 9am until 4.30pm. We are closed on Sunday except for urgent call outs, however all email enquires are answered 7 days a week typically within 4 hours.

Urgent and Same Day Repairs

Every PC or Mac we service is repaired as quickly as possible but if a guaranteed same day or next day service is required we charge an additional 15% (not applied to parts or software).

This service is not available for all repairs, however we will certainly let you know if your particular repair cannot be completed within this time limit.

Extra distance fees.

We are happy to service any home or business located within 16 Kilometers from the Christchurch central business district without an additional fee.

For locations outside of this 16 Kilometer service area, and less than 32 Kilometers we will require an extra distance fee of $25.00

Locations greater than 32 kilometers and less than 50 kilometers from the Christchurch will incur an extra distance fee of $35.00

Insurance quotes and repair appraisals.

Written insurance quotes and general repair quotations are no problem at all and include a printed damage report prepared and faxed to your insurance company for $45 (You drop off to our office) or $65.00 (We collect your computer from your home or office).Computer appraisals that require disassembly or extended computer testing will attract a $65 fee to cover our technicians time.

** We charge a $45 fee to diagnose all iMac G5 capacitor replacements which includes a visual check of logic board and power supply capacitors. This fee is absorbed into the final price should you accept the repiar quote.
