FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Can this service be completed the same day?
- Yes. If we collect your Mac in the morning we can have it back to you by the end of the day in most cases. Should replacement parts be required this may delay delivery.
- Can this service be done onsite at my home or office?
- Yes, however we prefer to perform all Mac tune services offsite at our workshop, however if an onsite service is required we are happy to provide a time-condensed version of this service at your home or office.
- Do Macs really need a tune up?
- Yes. Macs certainly do need regular file system checks and general maintainence to keep them running in tip top shape and to avoid potential file system problems which in extreme cases can stop your Mac from starting up.
