Our goal is to make your computer repair as stress free and as simple as possible. We aim to make payment of our services and products just as painless.

HOW TO PAY US

We currently accept the following payment options for all products and services

• Cash on completion of our service
• Cheque on completion of our service (With suitable I.D)
• Bank Deposit
• Master Card
• Visa

We are happy to invoice you for our services however invoices must be settled within 7 days from the date of the invoice to avoid additional charges.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

Payment by credit card is currently processed online securely using PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to settle your OhNo! account using your credit card.

To purchase online products using your credit card simply click the 'Buy Now' button next to the product in question. This will lead you to a secure PayPal page where your details will be entered and the credit card transaction processed.

To pay for services using your credit card is just as easy. Let us know you would prefer to make payment using your Mastercard or Visa and we will email you a link. Clicking this link will allow you to make a secure online payment using PayPal. Alternativley we can receive your credit card details over the phone and settle your account this way. Once processed you will receive an email confirming the transaction.

BANK DEPOSITS

You are welcome to settle your account or pay for products by internet banking or bank deposit. Payment for products must be cleared before delivery or shipping. We request all invoices are paid within 7 days from the invoice date to avoid any additional charges.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Full payment must be made in full within 7 working days from the invoice date to avoid additional charges.
• Products and upgrades require payment in full before delivery / shipping
• Custom computer builds require a 25% deposit on ordering with the balance due prior to delivery / shipping.
• Web design contracts require a initial 25% deposit and may require progress payments to be made as the design progresses.
• Goods sold remain the property of Ohno Mobile Computer Repairs Limited until the invoice is paid in full.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Can I pay with EFT-POS?
• We regret we do not currently have mobile EFT-POS facilities. We like to keep our overheads as low as possible to provide the most cost effective services in town. We review business policies often so we may be offering this as a payment option in the futue.
• Do you offer credit or special payment terms?
• We regret we do not offer credit accounts for products or services, however we can arrange payment terms to suit in many cases depending on your requirements. We aim to please!
