IMPORTANT NOTE: As we are a mobile service we are not always at our office. To avoid inconvenience we ask you to contact us in advance; with the time and date you plan to drop off a repair. We will always try to accommodate your schedule where possible even if this means arranging a time to deliver your machine after our normal operating hours.

DROP OFF REPAIRS
If dropping off your computer to our office/workshop suits you then that's perfectly fine. Since we are a mobile service we request you arrange a time to drop off your computer to us to make sure a technician is here to accept your repair and provide you with an off-site repair form for your protection.
We have a secure entry gate so simply press intercom button 9 when you arrive and a friendly face will greet you shortly after.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Do you operate a retail shop?
- No. We are mobile service and can keep our prices as low as possible by providing our services both online, remotely anywhere in the world and on-site to any home or office in the Christchurch region.
- Can I drop off my repair to you?
- YES. You certainly can. Just contact us in advance to arrange a suitable time. We are often out and about so it pays to let us know first.
